I’m sure all your favorite blogs are bombarding you with ideas to make your Easter fabulous and homemade, so we thought we’d join in the party…because who can’t be happy about Spring being here (finally!) and getting ready for Easter with the kiddos. If you haven’t seen our Easter printables, you must check them out first and foremost. We have some super cute brunch and easter egg hunt invites that are sure to go along with all the other things we’re about to suggest. Visit here for our printables.
First off, this super cute DIY wreath caught my eye the other day on Keeping It Simple’s Tutorial Tuesday. It’s so easy to make and you can add any color eggs and grass to it. You could go pastel or use bright colors like this one. You could even use paper mache eggs and paper grass to get a classier effect. The possibilities are endless. I’m pretty sure I’ll be making this wreath ASAP.
Next we have some super cute hand painted eggs from Landee See, Landee Do…I love these!! Another TO DO!
There are SOOO many options for cupcakes and desserts, but one that was so cute was Food Network’s Chick and Egg Cupcake shown here:
Another great food item that the kids are sure to love is this Mosiac Jello Recipe from Crafty Momma! If you used some great pinks, yellows, oranges, and purples you could really get the Easter look with this great side dish.
And for clothes, you know we couldn’t go without mentioning the fabulous Piccadilly Circus’ Easter shirts. As always, Suzanne over there does an amazing job.
Are you looking for things the kids can do at an Easter Egg Hunt or party at your house? Running with Glitter has some Chalkboard Easter Egg Buckets that are really cute and easy!
I also adore these bunny topiaries from Icandy Handmade.
…I could go on for days about cute things to make for Easter, but we only have so much time, don’t we? I’ll keep looking and put together a party inspiration board using our DimplePrints printables!! Send me your ideas on what you’re doing for Easter (or have already done) and great ideas may be our next featured guest blogger! Send ideas to: firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures or a link to your blog!
