As I sit here and watch Charlie Brown on TV, I wonder…what are your Christmas traditions? Does your family have specific things that they do each year for Christmas like my family does? My family gets up, heats up our mugs of coffee or hot cocoa and start with our Christmas stockings. After stockings are opened, we set our a tray of danishes and start slowing opening packages one at a time from youngest to oldest. Then about 3-4 rounds in, we stop and make a large breakfast. Breakfast is always eggs, bagels, toast, bacon and sausage, orange juice, and more. BUT I have often thought that now that I have a little one in the family again…maybe I should start mixing it up and coming up with festive breakfast ideas sure to delight a toddler.
