2 cups pecan halves
1/3 brown sugar (lightly packed)
3/4 teaspoon Cayenne
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon allspice
1 egg white
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Preheat over to 300 degrees. In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, cayenne, sea salt, ground coriander and ground cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk 1 egg white and vegetable oil. Mix egg/oil into the spice mixture. Pour in pecans and thoroughly coat all pecans. On an oiled cookie sheet spread nuts in a single layer. Bake, stirring occasionally at 300 degrees until nuts are slightly browned and crisp; approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on how your oven cooks. Keep a close eye as nuts can burn quickly . Let cool 3-5 minutes and using a spatula gently lift the nuts from the pan. Then allow to cool completely and enjoy!
