Q: How do I order from DimplePrints?
A: All orders are processed through our DimplePrints shop.
Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept PayPal payments. For more information visit Paypal.
Q: Can I view a proof prior to ordering?
A: No orders will be filled until a completed order & payment is received.
Q: Can you print & ship invites and/or party packages?
A: We offer digital printables only. No shipped items are available.
Q: Are custom designs available?
A: We do offer customs designs. We take a limited number per month. Customs are often booked out months in advance. Pricing varies based on the scope of the project. Please contact us for more information and availability.
Q: Can you design a party package to match my DimplePrints invite?
A: We have party packages to match a number of invites in our shop. Many of those party packages aren’t yet listed, please contact us for availability.
Q: You don’t have a party package in my invite theme, can you make one?
A: We offer custom à la carte to match any design.
Q: I don’t need the full party package, can I order individual items?
A: Yes, we offer à la carte printables in our shop.
Q: Are custom colors available?
A: Yes, we will customize colors on invites & à la carte printables. All color requests & changes must be noted at the time of order. Color changes are not currently available for party packages. Extensive color edits may be subject to a color change fee.
Q: Can fonts be changed?
A: We will edit fonts on invites. We do not have a font list has we have 1000’s of fonts. Let us know your preferred font style & we will edit (ie script, block, serif, sans serif, or reference alternate fonts in our shop). Font changes are not currently available for party packages.
Q: Can I edit the wording on invites?
A: Yes, we customize the invite wording to your liking.
Q: Can my order be customized for twins or multiple children?
A: Yes, invites can be edited to include multiple names. Personalized party packages can be customized with additional children when ordering for $8/additional child.
Q: Can you design a commercially licensed character party package?
A: Sorry due to copyrights we don’t offer commercially licensed characters.
Q: Can you customize printables to match another shops invite design?
A: No, we don’t offer printables to match other designers invites.
Q: Do you sell your graphics?
A: No, we don’t sell our graphics.
Q: Where do I sent my information & photo(s)?
A: Before you add the item(s) to your cart, you will be prompted to submit your details via the order form.
Q: How large should my photos be?
A: Full size photos are best. The larger the better. Your photos should be at least 1000×1000 pixels.
Q: Can you edit my color to black & white? Or Sepia?
A: Yes, please note that request when you order.
Q: Can you crop my photo?
A: Yes, we will crop your photo to fit in the allocated space.
Q: What size are the invites?
A: All sample invites shown are 5×7. 4×6 is available upon request but must be noted at the time of order or will incur a resize fee to edit. If no size is noted, it will be formatted as a 5×7. Select ticket style invites are 4×8 (only available in that size, no size changes offered on ticket invites).
Q: I would like to print a custom size, other than 5×7 or 4×6, can you edit the design?
A: Yes, we can customize the size of any invite. Custom size fee is $5 and this option can be selected on the order form before adding the product to your cart. No resizes for 4×8 ticket style invites.
Q: Can I personalize the files myself?
A: Our items are not editable. We will personalize invites & personalized party packages.
Q: My child has a scratch on his nose, will you touch-up the photo?
A: Photo editing is not included. We offer minor photo touch-up; please contact us for pricing.
TURN AROUND TIME & SHIPPING
Q: What is your turn around time?
A: We work on a 2 business day turn around, or sooner. Note we are Pacific Standard Time (PST) & often work late at night. Timeline begins after order, cleared payment & all information is received. Please see our Turn Around Calendar for more details.
Q: Can you rush my order?
A: Yes, a Rush option is available on the Order Form for each product.
Q: I ordered custom à la carte printables; how long do they take?
A: Custom à la carte printables typically take 5-7 business days (unless otherwise agreed upon).
Q: Can you ship internationally?
A: Yes, all of our items are digital printabes and are sent via email. We work with customers all over the world!
Q: How do I know when my order has been emailed?
A: We will mark your item as shipped in our system when it has been sent. We send all orders to the email address you used to place the order. You may check the status of your order by logging in to My Account. If your order has been marked “Shipped,” be sure to watch your spam/junk as it may end up there.
Q: My file is zipped, how do I unzip?
A: Due to size, we often send zipped files. To unzip, download the zipped file to your computer, right click & choose extract all files. This will unzip the folder & allow you to access the files.
Q: I can’t find my order, can you resend?
A: Yes, we keep our files for a couple of months. Please contact us should you need a resend.
Q: I forgot to save my party package download, can you resend?
A: Yes, we will resend, please contact us to request a resend.
Q: Do you offer printing?
A: We do not offer printing. All of our items are digital printables.
Q: Where can I print my invite?
A: Invites are sent in jpeg format (pdf upon request). You can print at a photolab, print & copy center, online printer or even from home.
Q: Where can I print my party printables?
A: All printable items are formatted to print on 8.5×11 paper and are sent in pdf format. You can print from home, print & copy centers or online printers.
Q: What paper should I use for my party package:
A: We recommend a bright white cardstock or a premium weight photo printer.
Q: Where can I find envelopes for my invites?
A: If you print as a photo, many photolabs will have them. You must ask for the envelopes as they are usually intended for holiday cards. Most will provide them to you for free or a small charge. Envelopes are also available at paper stores and many office stores.
Q: What photolab or printer is recommended?
A: We recommend shopping printing, as it can vary greatly in price & quality. We usually print photo prints via Sam’s Club. Cardstock (stationary prints) through walmart.com (photolab section). Party printables on a home printer or commercial printer.
PARTY PACKAGES & PRINTABLES
Q: What size are the pages?
A: All printables (except invites) are formatted to print on 8.5×11 paper and are send in pdf format.
Q: How many can I print?
A: You can print as many as you need!
Q: I don’t want to print all of the items in the party package, how do I print only certain pages?
A: In your print properties, choose your page range to print the specified pages.
Q: What crafting supplies are needed to assemble my party package?
A: Color printer, cardstock, scissors, tape & glue. Handy but not required; exacto knife, hole punch and 2 inch round or scalloped round paper punch.
Q: How do I put the items together?
A: Detailed instructions are included in the party packages. We are always available to help, please contact us with any questions.
Q: Can I edit the wording in my party package?
A: Our party packages are not editable. We offer personalized party packages in our shop.
Q: Can I add wording to my food labels?
A: The pdf is not editable, however we do offer à la carte image food labels and personalized food labels in our shop.
Q:I ordered a full personalized party package & now am ready for my thank you card, what do I do?
A: Please email us your photo (if applicable) & wording. We will work up the design. Note party package thank you cards are worked up 1 day per week, so please allow up to 7 days for completion.
