Halloween Party Favor Idea

Hi friends! Hope you had an amazing holiday weekend! It dropped 20 degrees here (in Ohio) in two days, so with the weather change I’m already getting in the mood for fall, pumpkins, apple cider, and HALLOWEEN! If you recall, I’m currently gearing up for my son’s 2nd birthday party using a Candy Corn theme and I’ve been searching high and low for amazing, one of a kind ideas. I’ve decided for a party favor I want to make mason jars full of candy corn bark that I found a recipe for on YourHomeBasedMom. I wanted to show you some of our cute Halloween prints and ways you could use them for your Halloween parties, but I just do not have time to make this bark yet, so check out what I came up with.

What you need:

Mason jars

Ribbon of your choice (there are TONS of cute Halloween ribbon in stores now)

DimplePrints Halloween party tags/package

Glue Gun/other type of glue

2″ hole punch

3″ scalloped punch (optional)

regular paper punch

Small square of fabric of your choice (tons of Halloween themes out now–I found a 18″x21″ piece of this fabric for $1.99 on the clearance rack)

Candy corns/candy pumpkins or if you’re me…eventually candy corn bark or other Halloween treat

What to Do:

This was such an easy project. I already had the mason jars, so I just wrapped some ribbon around the top and glued it on. I then made my tags and punched a hole in it so I could attach it to the jar. I cut out some fabric and laid over top of jar and then sealed the lid on. These are such cute favors and very trendy using the mason jars. The best part about this? It’s so cheap!! The DimplePrints Halloween package is only $5.00. You can’t beat that!!

These are such an easy treat for your kids teachers, friends, coworkers, and much more for Halloween. There are so many different options you could use for these jars. Have fun, be creative, and be thrifty finding the best deals!! Be sure to send us any projects you make using our printables!!

xxoo, Abbey
